1918  [The] United Farmers of Ontario [were formed in] 1914.
1918  [In] January 14th, 1909 . . . amalgamation took place at Edmonton under the name, "United Farmers of Alberta."
1958  Both the Wheat Pool idea and the United Farmers of Alberta movement gathered momentum in the years after the war.
1959  That summer [1931] . . . The United Farmers of Canada (Saskatchewan Section) approved a series of resolutions favouring "social ownership and co-operative production" and agreed that direct political action was necessary to achieve their aims.
1966  The victory of the United Farmers in the 1919 election changed the picture.
